Logo Upload
Please upload your logo as soon as possible so we can include it on all printed materials and digital placements.
SVG, EPS, AI, PDF, PNG or JPG accepted
You can also email your logo directly to nik@retees.com with subject line "Logo — [Your Company Name]".
Setup Instructions
Follow these steps to make sure your sponsorship is set up for maximum impact on event day.
Submit Your Sponsor Interest Form
If you have not already, complete the sponsor interest form on our website to capture your business details, tier selection, and initial logo.
Upload Your High-Resolution Logo
Go to the Logo Upload tab and submit your vector or high-res logo file. Include both color and white or reverse versions if available.
Complete Your Payment
An invoice will be sent through QuickBooks to your email. Complete payment to fully secure your sponsorship and guarantee all placement benefits.
Review the Asset Checklist
Visit the Checklist tab to see a full list of items to prepare for your tier. Check them off as you go.
Confirm Any On-Site Presence
If your sponsorship includes an on-site display or table, email us to coordinate timing, setup window, and display dimensions.
Arrive on Tournament Day
Event details are in the Event Details tab. Plan to arrive during the sponsor setup window. Our team will be on-site to assist you.

Payment Instructions
All sponsorship payments are processed securely through QuickBooks.
Invoice via QuickBooks
Your invoice and payment link will be sent to your email through QuickBooks. You can pay by credit card, ACH bank transfer, or other available methods. If you have not received your invoice, check your spam folder or contact us at nik@retees.com.
